Advanced Loan Modification - "The Mechanics of the Mod Proposal" will cover underwriting requirements for the DU Refi Plus, the FHLMC Relief Refinance Mortgage, as well as guidelines regarding the FHA HAMP program. In addition to these programs, the training will also discuss basic principals of loss mitigation and what underwriting requirements are in place in order to determine if the modification, as proposed, will be acceptable. Loss mitigation principals regarding ratio's and residual income will be address as well as how to arrive at these numbers. Information regarding how to calculate income will also be discussed as will how to create the modification proposal and what information it should contain.
